"We checked out this place for dinner on a whim and it was so good we came back the next morning for breakfast! What a gem of a restaurant!!!!! The service was top notch. Our server was incredibly friendly, kind, and went above and beyond to please us. The food was out of this world from start to finish. Everything was fresh and home cooked to perfection. The chefs are outstanding. Just a charming little place on the outside, but through the doors one of Lugano’s best kept secrets in the restaurant world. When I look back on our trip to Switzerland, I will remember this restaurant in years to come!"

The cuisine is beautifully presented and delights with the changing seasonal menus. All in all it has yet to disappoint. Strongly recommended and worth the visit for brunch, lunch/dinner and apéro."

"Amazing little gem about 1/2 mile walk from the funicular stop at Monte Bré. Downhill, so be prepared. Take the road/path if possible rather than the steps which are far more tiring and endless. Food is fresh & delicious, beautifully prepared. Owners are delightful, professional, enterprising young people who have done an amazing job. Home-made pasta, torta (cake), risotto, chicken, beef, mushrooms……something for everyone. Small but high quality wine list. We went for lunch but they have brunch & dinner menus as well. Great way to spend the day and the views from Monte Bré should not be missed!"

"Such a lovely spot for delicious food and incredible service. Feels like you are at a family members home, we even had our puppy with us and she was more than welcome as well! The lasagna and mushroom risotto were fantastic, we will definitely need to visit again soon thank you guys!"

"Amazing place with excellent food! At the entrance you are greeted by the very kind and caring hosts. It was a busy afternoon at their place, but still they made sure to take good care of every guest. Then comes the food and one of the best burgers i’ve had - very simple but the quality of the home-made ingredients made it so special. Everything else we had, from starters until the dessert was outstanding. Make sure to take a look at their daily menu, as during our visit we had some great stuff from there You can definitely feel the high quality and a lot of care that goes into everything they serve, all made from scratch by amazing chefs. This place is a must when you are visiting Ticino and we’ll definitely come back!"

"This place is unbelievable! The best restaurant in the Lugano region Most importantly, the hosts are incredible and extremely welcoming. They have created this unique place with great love and joy, which you can feel immediately. And then there's the food – absolutely flawless. I can't say which dish was the best because each one surpassed the others. If you're here for lunch, be sure to try the burgers, seasonal salad (it's not your average salad, I promise!) and something from the daily menu :) And the icing on the cake is the scenery surrounded by Monte Bre, where you can enjoy the sun on the terrace!"

"My daughter and I found this little gem while hiking to the beautiful village of Monte Brè, and I’m so glad we did. We had such a lovely lunch with incredible views and according to my daughter, it was “the best burger she ever had!” The host was very warm and the food was truly delicious!"
